Frank La Salla
is President, CEO and Director of DTCC. He also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of DTCC’s principal operating subsidiaries, DTC, FICC and NSCC.
Frank joined DTCC in June 2022 following a 28-year career at BNY Mellon, where he held several senior-level positions, including most recently as Chief Executive Officer of its Issuer Services business and a member of the BNY Mellon Executive Committee, the senior-most leadership committee at the firm. Prior to that, he previously served as CEO of BNY Mellon’s Alternative Investment Services and Structured Products business, and before that he was a member of the Executive Committee of Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company, where he was co-head of Global Client Relationships and head of Trading Services. Earlier in his career, Frank was president and chief operating officer of BNY Clearing Services LLC.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Frank was CEO of BHF Securities Corporation, the U.S. broker-dealer subsidiary of Germany’s BHF Bank AG, and COO of Société Generale Securities, responsible for developing the French financial institution’s U.S. brokerage business.
Frank was also a member of the Board of Directors of Euroclear SA/NV, the Belgium based Central Securities Depository from October 2012 until June 2022. He served on the Board Risk Committee and prior to that the Nominations, Governance and Compensation Committee.
Frank holds numerous industry registrations and is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's Board of Arbitrators. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The City University of New York and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Wagner College. He also holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Fordham University.

Jason Harrell
is Managing Director of Operational and Technology Risk and Head of External Engagement at DTCC, where he leads the firm’s global advocacy and engagement for cybersecurity and cyber resilience, new and emerging technology, and outsourcing/third-party risk management. In this role, Jason partners with industry peers, trade associations, financial authorities, standards bodies and government officials to work through policy initiatives and implement solutions that improve the overall resilience of the financial services sector. As a thought leader and expert on cyber security and resilience, Jason often speaks at conferences, authors position papers and works to advance dialogue across the industry for these risk areas.
Jason contributes to several global trade association cyber and operational resilience working groups and is currently serving on the Board of Sheltered Harbor and Cyber Risk Institute, a non-profit coalition of financial institutions and trade associations focused on aligning cyber risk frameworks to supervisory cyber obligations. He is a DEI advocate and Board Member of Pencil, NYC. He is the author of several articles providing advice on career advancement and the soft skills needed to lead organizations.
Jason joined DTCC in 2016 as the Head of TRM Risk Analysis and Reporting where he was responsible for the firm’s cyber risk assessment and performance metrics programs. Prior to DTCC, Jason was the Corporate Senior Information Risk Officer for BNY Mellon Investment Management. He previously held several information technology and security positions within IT, Risk and Business Operations at ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland and the New York Board of Trade.
Jason has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), Privacy, and Cybersecurity Risk Management within the financial services sector. He also holds several certifications in technology, information security and data privacy.

Michele Hillery
serves as General Manager of NSCC’s Equity Clearing and DTC’s Settlement Service at DTCC. In this role, she is responsible for setting business strategy and day-to-day management of equity clearing for trades executed on major U.S. exchanges and other equity trading venues. In addition, Michele oversees DTCC’s ongoing efforts to collaborate and build industry support for modernizing and transforming DTCC’s core businesses. She is also a member of DTCC’s Investment and Management Committee and Resiliency Committee.
Michele has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, having held past roles within Product Management, Quality Assurance and Operations. Prior to joining DTCC’s Equity Clearing Product Management in 2013, Michele led FICC’s Mortgage-Backed Securities Division (MBSD) where she managed business operations and project development.
An active member of the industry, Michele often speaks at key conferences and events on topics that are shaping financial markets. She is also a member of SIFMA’s Operations and Technology Committee.
Michele earned a BBS from University of Limerick, Ireland and a MS from New York University.

David Kirby
is Executive Director, Americas Relationship Management & Global Account Management at DTCC. Within this role, he is responsible for managing strategic client activities across all DTCC businesses, ensuring client satisfaction and driving value across services. Additionally, David is the securities practice lead for DTCC Consulting Services. Previously, he was responsible for managing the America’s Relationship Management team at Omgeo.
David joined DTCC in 2013. Prior to that, he worked as a Managing Director and Co-Founder of, PolicyTrac Technologies, a startup technology firm focused on the development of insurance trading and case management platforms. He also held key managerial positions within the Infomediary and Client Services divisions at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
David has over 25 years of experience in the financial and technology industry with expertise in global relationship management and sales, custom application design and development, trade management systems, and business development. David graduated with a BBS in Marketing from the University of Miami.

Ana Lotharius
is currently Director, ITP Cross-Enterprise & Americas Industry Initiatives within the Institutional Trade Processing (ITP) team at DTCC. She joined the firm in 2005 and is permanently based in Boston. Ms. Lotharius is responsible for assessing new opportunities, leading strategic initiatives across the ITP platform, and representing the ITP business in key DTCC, industry and regulatory initiatives. Her role covers domestic and cross-border ITP products, including CTM, TradeSuite ID and ALERT.
Ms. Lotharius runs ITP’s Americas Advisory Council. Previously, she was responsible for leading the CTM working party in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific for over three years. She also represents DTCC at various industry associations, including SIFMA’s Asset Management Group (AMG), and is currently on the Board of Directors of ISITC where she served as Treasurer and now serves as Secretary.
Prior to her roles at DTCC and Omgeo, Ms. Lotharius worked at Eze Castle Software as a product manager for its commission and expense management product. Previously, she spent seven years at SunGard Futures Systems. Hired as a technical writer and trainer, she later served as a product manager for various back-office processing solutions for the exchange-traded derivatives industry. Ms. Lotharius holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Duke University and is fluent in Spanish.

Jennifer Peve
is Managing Director, Global Head of Strategy and Innovation at DTCC. In this role, Jennifer has overarching responsibility for the firm’s global corporate strategy, digital product development and strategic partnerships and alliances, working across the business, and with clients and third-party providers, to identify opportunities for new product development as well as potential acquisitions, partnerships and mergers to broaden DTCC’s capabilities. She is also responsible for defining the firm’s strategy for new and emerging technology innovation, leading efforts related to the exploration and experimentation of fintech and working with her colleagues and the industry to advance dialogue on key topics and develop thought leadership. Jennifer is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Jennifer has over 25 years of financial markets expertise, including consulting and practical experience as well as the design, development and deployment of business strategies in a dynamic environment. She has extensive knowledge across the entire product life cycle, including OTC, FX and FX Options, OTC Metals, Stock Lending, OTC Credit Default Swaps, OTC Interest Rate Swaps and Swaptions, OTC Total Return Swaps, F&O, Energy and Equities.
Jennifer currently serves on the Technology Advisory Committee of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as well as FINRA’s FinTech Industry Committee and is the former Chair of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA)’s Banking Working Group. She is a member of SIFMA’s Blockchain Roundtable and is a regular speaker at industry conferences.
